The 'Look Good, Feel Good' work fair will take place on March 27 in Lexington. It offers free haircuts, professional clothes, resume help, and interview coaching for those re-entering the workforce.

Thoroughbred Barbershop, a family-run Black-owned business, will provide free haircuts. The event is expected to attract more people this year, following a turnout of about 200 at the previous year's event. Organizers aim to help attendees gain confidence and prepare for job opportunities.

Churchill Downs is hosting a job fair on Saturday, March 14. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Ford First Turn Club.

The track is looking to fill positions ahead of Kentucky Derby Week and the Spring Meet. Available roles include box office, cleaning, food and beverage, and guest services, among others.
